Briefing

The Celestial, which brought in a new architecture to the Ma'Alaketh warship design, was considered the pinnacle of proper use of form and function. While smaller ships had the ovoid build that allowed better transmigration of shields and dampening fields, this took the spherical attributes and integrated it between the central hull and engines. It was a ship that most captains aspired to, and very well respected for its triple tier III particle cannons, which were the first of their kind. It took range and damage potential to an all new level; making this the most powerful ship in the Ma'Alaketh fleet for a time. A ship of this mass also took longer to fully engage its dark matter drive, so efficient miniturization of the engine design allows it to escape as fast as a frigate. However, it sacrificed a reduction in power for such a benefit.
