Briefing

Quite a few Elbe repair tenders were either stolen or defected with Sol fighting groups, becoming an integral part of Free People's engineering and support system. While most are used for repairs back around New Terra's orbit, many are used as support ships in Pirate sorties. The weapon was stripped off however, so that extra hull armor could be added. Some of these tenders have been painted with all sorts of murals, and they get rather creative with them. Why Fiat? Its based on an old 20th century Earth joke, Fix It Again Tony. Requires Support Ship skill to control.
