This ship, also known as the Do'Okaava, is a tough defense-style destroyer class warship meant to hold sectors through a war of attrition. Supporting seven plasma beams and four defense cannons covering all arcs, it can hold its ground against all kinds of marine and hit & run attacks. Though slower than other Ma'Alaketh destroyers, it is designed to survive in longstanding battles with its increased repair capacity and tier five shields. Though the overall strength of the shields are relatively poor for a ship of this class, a well-trained Science Advisor can upgrade them to become incredibly powerful. Combined with a Collector or Procurator, these ships will outlast any enemy ship in extended battles.
