Briefing
Originally designed to be a larger escort frigate for capital ships, it ended up having a major role in the conclusion of the Sonna war. Though weak offensively, it was heavily armored, giving it 30% more defensive superstructure compared to a standard frigate like the Liverpool class. The added mass does make it a much heavier warship, greatly reducing its maneuverability. The armor has a unique property however -- repurposed Sonna technology showed that their armor had unique radiation resistant properties, and was implemented into the Oslo. This ship has also become popular in the Genari war, as it can hold its ground for a much longer time with the potential pounding it will take from Genari close combat tactics -- armored to the same potential as most Genari Frigates.
