The Liverpool Class is most common Frigate seen in the Sol Imperial Navy, and possibly the most common warship in service. Extremely versatile, with the right balance of offensive strength and defensive capabilities, a good Captain utilize its strengths to beat the odds. Its primary weapons, a pair SIWPB-2 plasma beams pose a distinctive advantage against Genari warships of the same caliber -- by outgunning them at a distance and disabling the enemy before it can come into critical range. The ship is currently the smallest ship in the Sol Navy to support dual plasma beams. Its compact and engineering-focused design allows faster access and repair of battle damage.
