With growing discontent by a few veteran captains of the Sol Imperial Navy, there were a few defections by the entire ship and crew. Most if not all of these occurred after the Sonna Genocide. They no longer wanted to be contributors of the atrocities they witnessed or were part of. The captains and crew of those defectors have most long since passed; now these warships are the pride of a few pirate leaders, and on rare occasion have even infiltrated Genari space on opportunistic runs. Usually stripped of some of its offensive weaponry, this large ship has both acted as a defensible armored freighter, as well as a popular ship for the wealthiest privateers and pirates.
