Commander Obayda Zueiter is one of the most resourceful members of the influential Free Peoples' research and technology council. He also is likely the only living human that has safely moved between the Helix and Ma'Alaketh territory for the exchange of information and technology. Nobody knows how or why he is allowed to enter Ma'Alaketh space freely, nor does he disclose his secrets. It is only good enough that on occasion, he returns with rare 'gifts' that would never have been available through salvage or capture. Such is the Ma'Alaketh PAB-4 particle beam, and its use only seemed most fitting on the versatile Leningrad destroyer. The size and mass were compatible to the ships' superstructure; and replacing the original plasma beams with these particle beams seemed relatively easy. Even still, some hull plating had to be removed, and the main beam housings forced a downgrade of the ships' force field. The look of this ship is very distinctive, with sets of eyeballs looking forward. It could only be from the mind of Obayda's eccentric nature, whether to humor or intimidate.
